On-Line Membership Application:
If you are 50 years of age or older and would like to apply for membership in our club, simply click the button below to fill out our easy, on-line membership form.
Annual membership cost is $35.00 per person (Sept.-Aug.). We are pleased to offer a $5.00 discount if membership is paid within the month of September (before Sept. 30th 2023).
Here’s how it works:
If you are joining us this year as a new member or if your are renewing your membership for 2022-2023, click on the button below and complete the on-line membership form.
Once you submit your application form on-line, the next step is to arrange payment for your annual membership fees.
You have three options to make your payment:
by E-transfer made out to portpsc101@gmail.com
by mailing a cheque to: 121 Queen Street, Port Perry, Ontario, L9L 1B8
by hand delivering cash or cheque to our offices at: 121 Queen Street, Port Perry during these hours:
Monday to Friday
9:30am - 1:00pm
September 6th to 30th, 2023
