Yoga & Meditation

We offer Yoga classes twice a week as well as Chair Yoga for a gentler routine. We are working on introducing a Tai Chi style session to help relieve stress. Our Yoga & Meditation activities are led by an experienced instructor.

Cards, Games & Sports

Enjoy a good game with some good friends! Our Euchre and Bid Euchre group is very popular, as are Cribbage, Mah-Jongg, and Mexican Train. Weekly Shuffleboard and Short Mat Bowling matches draw a regular crowd as well.

Exercise

Our ongoing series of exercise classes are geared towards many abilities. We have Gentle and Intermediate classes, as well as Exercise with Video (featuring Richard Simmons!).

Sing, Dance, Create!

For those more interested in arts and hobbies, we have several groups that you may wish to join. There are weekly gatherings for Crafters and Woodcravers. For your musical side, you may wish to jump-in on some Line Dancing.
